Elaine Wells

During Koop's time on Jimmer's radio program Wooden Breakfast, one of a few particular characters was brought back many times for various bits. The character known as Elaine Wells was a character Koop created with nobody specific in mind, and was really just a voice he created by accident one day while driving and talking to himself in search of a new character voice. The voice is of a seemingly very elderly woman who has some vocal fry (assumedly due to heavy smoking), but is very energetic and a completely unaware of how poor of a mother she is to her bevy of offspring. Part of the bit when Elaine would call Jimmer was for her to always be in the bathtub when she called, and the two would hit on each other over the call during the radio program. Hearing a young Jimmer and a woman depicted as being possibly three times his age was part of the joke, especially since Jimmer openly announced being engaged to "the Lovely Lady Jasmine" at the time. Despite all this, several of the calls dealt with Elaine's obsession with Jimmer and Jimmer's obsession with Elaine and the sounds of her bath, which she supposedly sat in practically the entire day while her children brought her spritzers on a little tray. Elaine also would frequently forget the name and quantity of kids she had, but one particular call on Wooden Breakfast included not just Elaine Wells and Jimmer, but Koop also switched between Elaine, Cashews Whipwater, and a supposed newborn baby (Baby Barry, the fictional love child of Jimmer and Elaine) given a water birth during the radio program who entered the world and immediately used his first words to demand cigarettes. Elaine has gone on to become a recurring character on GFtDS through the use of a Twitch Redemption where when someone redeems it, Koop will jump into character for a little while as Elaine and comment on the game they are playing and/or chat with Jason and chat about whatever topic seems most fitting at the time.
