In the first season, episode #142 marked a special event that nobody had planned for. Koop managed to fall asleep during a stream of "Elite Dangerous" and managed to forget to turn the stream off overnight. Due to the length of the stream, YouTube rejected the normal archiving process and the episode is forever lost. As a side-note, Koop was scheduled to meet Jarrod and Josh for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings the following day, but Koop missed it entirely because he was still passed out.
