At the very beginning of the show's existence, Koop thought it would be most beneficial to be sponsored by a product he likes. This led to him contacting Mondelez International, Inc in regards to establishing a business relationship over their product, "Triscuit". To say "Calling your show 'Games From the DRUNK Side' may not be the BEST idea if that's what you want for the show" is an understatement, but Koop pressed on, for he was always up for a good challenge. At first, the folks at Triscuit seemed very receptive, but there are only so many ways to explain to Koop that as a business they prefer to focus on health and the sort rather than drinking booze and rambling. Koop never gave up hope explaining the logical (and completely rational) connection, so he came up with a weekly workout regiment known as the "Triscuit Exercise of the Week". Koop knew he should help showcase more of his athleticism during the show by performing a workout routine of his own creation in order to help others better understand how serious Koop is about exercise. In hopes that Triscuit might consider the many benefits of partnering with Koop, he proceeded to exhibit his masculinity for the world during the very show itself.

At random, during each show, Koop would take it upon himself by putting his body through hell for the sake of good health.  The exercise was always the same, but with randomized reps.  Triscuit had never responded legally (although Koop did always state and explain that "the show is NOT sponsored by Triscuit... *yet." just in case), so Koop made homage to the Triscuit brand by associating their delicious crackers as the inspiration for performing this weekly torture.

How to do the "Triscuit Exercise of the Week"

  • "Prep" (Place feet flat on the ground as if you were standing or going to stand)
  • "Rep" (stand up and occasionally drink something and/or scratch belly)
  • "Rest" (not doing the previous step anymore and instead doing something more pleasant)
