During the middle of season 1, Koop added a special feature of the show he called, "Hot Models". These are segments that were simply the process of construction of plastic (or sometimes metal) hobby kits during the show. These models typically have a theme of "Star Wars" or "science fiction" and are supplementary to the main focus of the show - gameplay, opinions & such
