Koop created a character model on his end as both a backup option in case Justin didn't get around to getting his design submitted, but also as comedic blackmail to hopefully encourage Justin to submit his design sooner. From the fact that the character model used was wearing fuzzy pink slippers and a diaper you can rest assured that Koop did not receive a design from Justin before the main event. Koop also included a mask on the character so if Justin is to ever send him a wrestler to import the facial appearance change wouldn't need to be explained.
