Koop's insane, yet adorable, cat.  "KK" is actually an abbreviation of "Koop's Kitten", but was shortened to mimic the name of his other cat, CC.  The "Koop" in "Koop's Kitten" is actually Koop's father (his name is Koop, too, as crazy as that sounds!).  KK was gifted to Koop's father by their neighbors from their cats' litter when they realized Koop's dad really liked the little furball.  Koop's dad has always had dogs his whole life but knew Koop had CC already.  With KK and CC likely being biological sisters it was decided that KK belonged at Koop's house, and thus she joined the Koop household and makes regular guest appearances on the show whenever she is able to fit it into her busy schedule.  In most episodes she can be seen "floating" behind Koop if he's sitting on the couch (that gets green-screened out).

Although her presence is always a highlight, during episode #406 - "Why Does 'Free Money' Rhyme With 'Pee Funny'", KK had a random spike in energy and wound up using Koop's crotch as a launching pad to get to the nearby window, and can be seen here. During the show this was also clipped on Twitch by Josh here (including both as Twitch has a tendency to drop unwatched videos after a time)
